--Please tell us about the planning process.
>Yanaka: Mr. Shirakura, who's in charge of character strategy, said, "We want this to be a work that aims to expand globally." That said, the primary audience is still children in Japan, so we're planning with considerations like how to incorporate elements that appeal to audiences overseas. The first thing to consider is, "What's the theme for Kamen Rider?"

>For example, "Gavv" features snacks, which is eye-catching and trendy. However, there's a chance that people from overseas seeing Kamen Rider for the first time might think, "Kamen Rider is a snack hero?"

>So, we felt it was important to first convey, "This is what Kamen Rider is." Then, recalling the plan for "Kamen Rider Build," where the lead producer said, "The theme is Kamen Rider," I felt that this approach was the right one.

>The design designer showed me the first time was almost exactly what we wanted. Of course, there were further refinements later, but this initial design served as the foundation.
