You can drink too much water, anon.
More water ≠ more better
It could be IBS maybe but a regular person doesn't *need* to drink 3L of water every day (when not sweating or doing strenuous exercise)
Drinking enough to sate your thirst is fine. Not drinking water during meals to improve digestion is a good thing to try too.
