I actually wanted to see if he would post his art, he didn't, so I shall not acknowledge him anymore.

Anyhow, what I am working on right now. It's not shadows but I am trying to learn how to draw expressive faces (with the same character as earlier). This looks awful right now but this is just the layout, the proper rough sketch will look leagues better...on that note I can't draw faces well in one go yet. I always have to draw a bad face first and then draw the superior more appealing face after.
