I just put four of these on my Crown Victoria earlier this year, they take H4 bulbs, the light is significantly if you get some proper sylvanias instead of the cheap bolts they come with, they look just as good as the sealed beams, however they certainly take a lot of power, I swapped to a 3G alternator and even then if I'm at idle with the high beams on it dips below 12 volts.
Apparently posting an Amazon link counts as spam, so you'll have to search "Parts N Go 4x6 Rectangular Plain Conversion Headlights Halogen H4 Bulb Set - H4656, H4651" on your own.
Now, these have some sort of odd blue bulbs in the bottom, according to the listing they are "city lights", I just wired them into the factory low beam connectors or something, because my side lights are hooked into the factory high beam plugs.
Oh, right, I combined these housings with a wiring harness that uses relays and one of the original low beam sockets to turn on all four low beams at once, and then all four high beams at once. So that helps a lot.
I will say, two of the housings didn't exactly fit right because apparently the corners of the seal beams are very slightly different between the low beams and the high beams, so I really had to crank down the metal plate that holds the light bulb in to get it to point the right direction, but it ended up working out just fine in the end.
