The qte (especially in that early flashback section) is really lame. But it is a very small percentage of your over all play time. I'd also rather it not be there but if you didn't play this game as a result you would be missing out on far more good than bad. Rebirth is one of my favorite games that came out this gen, probably only beat by Elden Ring
Don't stress the dating, it only effects one date and after you beat the game you can choose the chapter where the date is and choose who you want to date and see how the other dates play out. All the girls are cute so I just gave the best answers to Tifa and saw the others after the first playthrough.
