DERQ;Z just released on Steam. While I said I was gonna buy it and then shit on IFI with a review because the port probably sucks, I thought about why should I be giving IFI my money when nothing will change. Not worth typing a review, not worth spending the money, not worth supporting a company who doesn't want to change for the better. NIS is in dire straights right now, NISA shouldn't be too far behind, or perhaps a magnitude even worse than they are. I should appreciate IFI for even considering PC ports but if they're gonna release (publish) them, then they need to start selecting people for testing who actually give a shit, not those who promote your marketing material the loudest.
I am now pirating both the PS4 version and the PC port. I know someone at IFI lurks this thread, I know they've seen my posts, I know they know I sent them that e-mail inquiring about their beta test process only to hear nothing. I know they're laughing and don't give a shit, but I also know they're tight for money, just like NISA is right now. You reap what you sow, and your parental company is only gonna support and feed you for so long if you can't turn a good profit.
