DEI hiring has backfired and there is a shortage of pilots for the T2 training jet . . .NOT top tech fighters.

Hiring for our Military was subed out to a company called CAPITA . . .YES the same bunch of wankers that run the TV licencing scam.

The Military knew it was a mistake by the Government but now it's come home to roost.

They won't even be ready to act as trainers for at least a year anyway - as they will be required to be brought up to British Spec first.
