The three best Trek video games would probably be "Star Trek Resurgence," "Star Trek Online," and probably the upcoming "Star Trek: Voyager - Across the Unknown."
Tabletop RPG-wise, though, I would say Star Trek Adventures 2e is the best so far having played it as well as the LUG and Decipher games.
