Save the Princess: Zehya
Clovis' entry is a Good display of both characters, I like the payoff of Clovis' idea that killing removes the soul curse off your body, which bites him in the head right after that was disproven, that said though, I like Zehya's entry more, the character interactions, the conflict over who to sacrifice, and Zehya's struggle over reclaiming autonomy from Atta's control is pretty well written and shown, and the ending, man, no words on how much I'm hooked to see what's to come.
The Black Forest: Hemma
Ellie's entry is well illustrated as usual, but it sucks to see the setup go nowhere because of it being unfinished, however seeing Ellie and Hemma's relationship being at odds with the round in their room is bittersweet and well done, funny enough it feels like a prologue to Hemma's entry, speaking of which.. Hemma's entry is one of those undisputed peaks of this round, seeing that conflict find a satifying resolution with Hemma find the light at the end of the tunnel with Ellie is just, perfect, 11/10
Okay, I'm gonna do a lightning round just to not have explode my mind and repeatedly post here:
Werewolf: Smoke
both entries have their strengths and weaknesses, but I like Smoke's entry more, main because of the story.
Rats of Hamelin: Dizzy
the story was a bit hard to follow near the end, but it ended nice and tight and had a conclusion, where as Jun-ho's entry set up some interesting ideas and themes but didn't go anywhere.
Nosferatu: Berno
Ignatius' Entry is well written in it's narrative but Berno's entry is much more compelling to me.
Fichtl's War: SM
I like Fluxxo's entry, the plot, it's use of cameos, the art, it's all well done, but, there's something in SM's entry I just can't deny, it's so peak in all regards, that I legit got emotional at the end.
Krampus: Needle
both entries are alright, but I found Needle's entry cute.
Musicians of Bremen: Giggles
Giggles' entry is more easy to follow, also Giggles is so huggable.
