the government tells the banks they have to loan for mortgages in certain areas, they have to meet a quota. that means anyone who applies gets the loan. and the government guarantees the loan and has half a dozen ways to print money to pay for it if they need to.
and the shitskin who gets this house is covered, they realistically don't even have to pay for most of or any of the mortgage.
