I'm in the exact same position as you, having tried to explore religions and various meme philosophies but never truly found a home to rest. I am now basically giving up finding an absolute fit-all solution on my own.
My next step is to fixate on interests that aren't philosophy, like linguistics and linux, and when trying to think deeply about stuff I will do it in an exploratory and non-systematic way.
Perhaps for us autists ideologies and thought-systems don't have much effects. Our brains are wired to function in a specific way that no philosophy can substantially modify it, nor is there a need to modify it at the first place. The world is a shit place so I guess just try to preserve yourself, staying around and live well.
