Nelios has been living in the Four Seasons Valley since he was born. His half elven heritage lead him to being far larger than the elven kin of the town as he grew, and lead to him being recruited into the local militia. It didn't take long for him to stand out as a problem, not because he was belligerent or rebellious, but because of his pure size. Every piece of armor had to be made special for his frame and as a "punishment" the guards forced him to help the armor smith. He took to it immediately, quickly becoming the fastest worksman even if his work was a bit shoddy. This worked out well for the smith though as he could have the young lad bang out rough works very quickly and the master could refine it. Over a few years, he grew in skill and eventually started his own forge in town - Dayforge. Not the best repair smith, but he can create any piece of decent effective armor you want in a very short period of time.
