its all a bunch of jews jewing jews, and it never even happened. we have historical records from all throughout that period from pretty much every single other civilization in the area, who all knew each other and traded and warred and left detailed records of one another and literally none of them ever even mentioned jews, israelites, whatever you want to call them, until just before the time of jesus. its mostly ahistorical fiction.

alot of these same events, or atleast the periods they were alleged to have happened are described in much better detail in other books, only theres no jews, no jewish behavior, no head scratching of why things arent adding up. there are mistakes, yes, as any ancient writer might make, but rarely overt attempts to deceive or mislead you, because they werent writing for you, but for their own people. unlike with jews, these people had no reason to lie, like about how jericho really 'fell' (actually immediately just rebuilt)

Herodotus with the fall of babylon and that whole Darius and Cyrus period is a must read imo because he goes into great detail on how the religious psyops of the day were being exploited.
