I sometimes wonder if it's the modern lifestyle and city life that is the problem. Like if you take these dysmorphic people and put them into country side away from the junk food and the internet and force them to do manual labour in the sun and in the fresh air will it fix them at least partially?
City life seems so unnatural and poisonous to me as someone who grew up in a village.
