Epic Pizza Dough Recipe:
500g flour
1 packet dry yeast (mix into the flour)
300ml water
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2-3 tsp salt (mix into the water/oil)
Then add the water mixture to the flour mixture. Use dough hooks (machine 3-4 minutes) or knead by hand for longer. Let it sit at room temperature for a few hours so the dough rises a bit, then let it rest in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Tada - epic pizza dough!
For the "Steinofen simulation" - crank your oven to its highest setting (usually around 250°C/480°F)
