The WG never noticed for more than a decade that Harald had a school built, that his library got a bunch of forbidden books and that the new generation of Giants were being raised as pussies. But also that they apparently thought things were going so well that they never bothered checking after his death and left no one in charge or as a contact to keep this good work going.
