I mean, Tim was not just the idea guy, he was THE lead programmer most of the time. Regardeless, apart from Arcanum 2, all of the unrealized Troika projects sounded cool af:
>unnamed LotR rpg in the Arcanum engine that would follow the unsung exploits of the "shadow fellowship", a group of heroes sent ahead of the FotR to scout/clear the way for them as much as possible (approved by Tolkien estate btw)
>postapoc rpg codenamed "Epic" that was supposed to be Fallout 1's spiritual successor in a completly new and different world; combined FPS and top-down perspectives you could alternate between
>"Dreadlands", an rpg set in the mythical mid 19th century Eastern Europe as spiritual successor to Darklands, with an option for online multiplayer.
Seeing how great Arcanum, ToEE and VtMB were, I guess if Troika managed to create a fourth game, universe would have imploded or something.
