to add onto this, get yomi within 50 pulls and kommy from recruit banner, buy the daily 50 green certs that's still going on for 3~ days then bind the email to a salted email.
make sure you are pulling the free 3 star apostle from email since that apparently gives out the rare characters too.
every day gives you another 10 pull that you can throw into yomi banner for another dupe or into recruit to fish for eldains / eldynes.
