What are the differences between Arranged and Original modes? Everything looks the same except for the Mc having red hair

Possibly the greatest castlevania games ever created. My ps vita would be gathering dust if it wasn't for this masterpiece. Not only does it have the best music, it has the best graphics imo. Another cool thing it does is have unique enemies only seen in specific areas, it makes them more memorable.

original mode is a bit too difficult for my tastes, arrange mode makes the game enjoyable.
