The official western version of 2G is called Freedom Unite or FU, you can search it up. P3rd doesn't have official English translations but it is very easy to find fan translations. Literally search them up in google and you will find the game files. I'm assuming you're playing on either a PSP running CFW or an emulator, right? The game files you find will work for both
