I started posting in 4lig again only 2 weeks ago and that's because 8lig is too slow despite being functionally superior in many ways and having actual moderation.
Both generals have thinned out and have way too many people on topic. If someone proposed making a general named /youtube/ that would sound like a stupid idea but at this point /lig/ is just /twitch/.
Too many potential people to be on topic, not enough posters = what happened to /wvt/.
I'm not going to be some splitfag advocate who thinks /lig/ needs even more ways to thin out its users presently, but if we could go back in time then finding a way to limit the discussion so it doesn't pertain to 400 partnered vtubers would've been a good idea.
Or maybe I'm just wrong and the nature of the indie ecosystem is that they all show up, get discussed a bit and dropped for the hotter newer model because /lig/germen are whores with no loyalty or those they are loyal graduate or get public about their boyfriends and fall off.
Avoidant types will complain that my post sucks because it's just metafaggotry but then proceed to cast the occasional post about their oshi out into the ether because everyone else that still uses /lig/ is busy with their own streams or busy discussing the latest rrats and drama with their dramasisters.

Whoops. Time to kms.
Hiro is 15, flat, but of average size by JP women standards. Also in-character she's a high IQ college grad who's trying out idoling to challenge herself. Compared to her friend, China (who's the same age but tiny) and the actual idolm@ster lolis (in different games, they 12 and under), Hiro is not seen as a loli by most im@s fans.
