Which is the more appropriate metric for eugenics; race or IQ?

For example, if hypothetically a 130 IQ White Man has a choice between reproducing with a 145 IQ Asian office worker or a 115 IQ blonde Aryan jeans model, which is preferable from a eugenics standpoint?
