They both function as DPS in a way, but trying to MLB rare units is kind of a hard way to break the wall, if that's what you mean.
The way I broke the wall is by sticking to my Wishlist, and using Silver Mileage tickets to get LBs of units in the Mileage shop only when I can guarantee 5 MLBs. Now the game has opportunities to get free MLB units like Chime every 6 months so that helps too. If you are going to MLB a rate up, go for something that is 2%, not 1% like Liberalio and Nayuta.

I would say get one Liberalio if you really want one, but also keep in mind Rapi Red Hood and Anis Twinkling Star are coming soon so you don't want to miss those eithers.
