No idea how common this is but I always saw the Dreemurrs in Undertale to be British (Toriel is Welsh, Asgore and Asriel are English; and Chara is Scottish), but in Deltarune they're American now, I just feel like that is the best way to distinguish them in fan comics too but I've never seen anyone else with that head canon before.
