Prime is literally the worst offender when it comes to bitching about Metroid.
>shooting isn't fun because enemies take too long to kill
>exploring isn't fun because you move slower than master chief and have to backtrack through the dogshit zones
>items aren't fun because the beams are just simon says and you can't spam missles
How people liked these games is beyond me. The Wii shooting controls barely saves the Prime series. We could have had 2-3 2D Metroids for each one of these shit games.

The charge beam is your friend, much better than standard missiles.
When walljumping do one input after another, not at the same time.
Metroid cannot crawl, but she can ball.
