No home gym or appliances of any kind.
I do:
>11 squats
>11 sit-ups
>11 push-ups
> Just passed 6 reps today, started 4 weeks ago with 5 reps.
>Planning 7 reps next time.
>On a bi-weekly schedule for now, until I get a bit stronger.

Why 11? Just to go that extra inch.
