Drawing 1s or 4s would leave you with only 4 tiles remaining due to the 1s as the dora indicator, so the only good waits left would be haku, hatsu, pei and for pure score potential 6s. That being said, 12000/16000 points is worth the risk and this would probably still be an S+ by MAKA standards had you picked 4m instead
