While you can do it (I had to check my phone to verify), it's not "natural" or part of the intended workflow at all. A phone with the "make folder" command disabled would loose zero functionality for 99.9% of users. The larger problem is that software is becoming opaque. You're actively discouraged and prevented from tinkering with it. Have you seen the default right-click on Windows 11? Fuck.

Not to mention you can't get a browser that remembers more than 90 days of history without some shitty awkward plugin.
