The problem with Marxism is the idea that things can be collectively owned, not understanding the real meaning of ownership, its not just that you get to enjoy the privileges of having access to something, but you also accept the responsibilities of that thing as well.
With Marxism, everyone wants to enjoy the benefits of a functional economy because "we all own it", but they don't want any of the responsibility. You can look at almost anything that is publicly owned and see it turn to shit.
Ask anyone who has ever had to share a vehicle with someone who never fills it back up after using it.
You also see throughout history that every communist country has to implement some form of forced labor system, because they don't understand incentives that drives a capitalist economy, they can only punish those who don't fall in line with the 'commune'
It is a deeply flawed system, one that doesn't understand human individuality, and thinks that every form of work is equal and that everyone should be provided with equal economic outcomes. Well I am sorry, I bust my ass in 110 degree weather fixing someone's shit with a good chance of hurting myself, aka what being a handiman/construction worker is, I want to be paid more than someone flipping burgers or filing paperwork, or I am not just going to do it, and the only way you're going to get me to do it is if you pay me for my effort, or you put a gun to my head and force me too, and every single time marxists resort to the latter because they think that someone not wanting to be bitch labor being paid bitch wages is counter revolutionary
