you put Ingenuity+Stomping Ground+Consecrated Ground on Disengage and will animation cancel it with Shield Charge instead of Rake. Deepest Tower being drop disabled this league is the actual nerf, since it means no Execution or Low Life damage+Lucky damage, but that applies to any Attack build.
