Pre-2nd ascendancy it is only 12% quality. I feel like the main issue is quality is worthless on crossbow nodes but not other nodes, though yeah. Witchhunter concentration node is trash by itself but the more damage relative on concentration (only on bosses) as well as the left side tree are really good. And the explosion node is incredible. While i'll probably enjoy this patch, it's pretty much the perfect example of how GGG is bungling up the Path of Exile 2 release cycle. They should just be loading up the beta with as much unfinished shit as possible (classes, acts, whatever) and then tuning them later post-release.

It makes zero sense to do these kinds of overhauls when the remaining systems and classes aren't in the game. Will every Druid and Templar skill be perfectly consistent with the design philosophies established in a random 0.X patch? Zero fucking chance. So why bother?

The chassis they spawn as depends on the skill gem's weapon requirements. tactician is not a totem ascendancy period.
of its notables, 1 is -50% spirit reservation, 1 is 200% armor/evasion but capping their effect at 50%, 1 is infinite Banners, 1 is Projectile Damage Pins (NOTE THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO TOTEMS ONLY YOU), 1 is Pin now Disables Action like freeze/stun, 1 is a Minion aoe damage Command skill, 1 is a buff to all nearby allies based on your weapon damage, and one is 30% more skillspeed for totems with a downside they cant shoot unless you're shooting too.

Its in no universe a "totem ascendancy" and literally has nodes that do nothing but boost minion damage and a dedicated minion skill like Guardian's Radiant Crusade in PoE1....
