I told you where you can find some. SMIC's website isn't hard to find and they have some of them in English so you don't even need to run them through a translator. The more detailed node whitepapers are available upon request, so you either contact them via the mail at the bottom of the news page (works best with a university account) or go via secondary sources that aggregate the information from them, like semivision. The latter is a lot less dry to read.
