I also had a chance to play ドール工房と気まぐれの魔女 last week when the girls and I went to Poland and met up with other 4chan folks for mahjong. It's a game about (you guessed it) building cute dolls. Pretty fun, but it seems it was a kickstarter and may be difficult to procure new.
