A question about hearts crypter. If they summon it through TB11, can they still activate it? Crypter says its activation can't be negated, and I know I've seen crypters play through an imperm or something, but how does it work with TB11? I mean, it doesn't specifically state that the card is negated, just that they can't activate its effects.

Basically I just want to know if I should've played so hard around the crypter my opponent summoned.
