Aria is melancholic bliss. That's just it.
It's an anime that makes you cry just because its so... beautiful. It's so wistfully sad as well. Everytime I finished a season back then, I would go on bouts of depression. It was just that good.
It is up there in terms of greatness, I've never felt sad and happy as much as I did watching Aria.. truly.

It's sad we will never get another Aria, EVER. Fuck this goddamn world.
