Thoughts on spamming an exercise 5 days a week for hypertrophy? Could I theoretically bench 2x6 (on chest days) and 4x3 (on back and leg days) sets per week and still improve the lift given I leave RIR and don't take sets to failure?
If you know the youtuber Clarence0, afaik he did 5x5 squats every day with the intent of reaching 300 kgs.
