You know what? This is good academy goodshit, but it wouldn't be wrong to call it romcom too (with a really sweet romance). The world building is nothing to write home about, and there are little to no action scenes whatsoever, and it's mostly slice of life with some plot. BUT!
The main selling point is the characters, which are really fun, especially mc. She is like a Bakarina in her seemingly easy-going lifestyle of being oblivious of her surroundings, but unlike Bakarina, who is a total moron, she proves herself to be quite capable using the power of asking for help from others to save human lives; she has those strong modern person morals, which transfer nicely into her being the heroine of the story... who is completely shameless and has a fuck ton of charisma. She is among the top charismatic heroines I have read without going into psychopath territory.
Oh, and her chemistry with the male lead is great. And the story avoids that thing where characters' lives revolve exclusively around mc, by giving them appropriate pairings.
Verdict: Shall must continue reading
