Shen (Bike Cuck) used to only do one or two comics a month, his famous "the calender/depression beat me up" comics that went viral. That was quite a while ago though: he has 800k followers on Twitter, 3,372 patrons, merchandise, and while he doesn't have a serialized comic he does produce a comic every 2nd day.
He's not lazy; he's just doing exactly what Jim Davis (Garfield) did and told other cartoonists to do if they wanted to feed themselves.
