I have a feeling that's probably a lot more common than we think, "regular" NSFW artists following brap artists since they make good ass (literally and figuratively) art or they low-key like fart stuff themselves but for whatever reason they have don't put it out there in public, it's probably a lot more of a common and "tame" kink out there than we realize since I've seen some artists do fart stuff for comms and whatever
