1 can of legumes of your choice (I got good results with black beans) + 10g inulin mixed in a cup of water. wait one hour, another 10g inulin and water. 6-8 hours later and they'll be farting plenty. keep in mind that, unless you're using a pump, the farts will still be relatively infrequent (10-20 minute gaps usually at most.) if this causes diarrhea, the session is prob over bc they'll have cleared out the fermentables causing the gas. reduce the inulin dose by half or add 0.5 mg loperamide 30 mins before consumption next time if the inulin is evacuated. if they're particularly sensitive to diarrhea then you might want them on loperamide just in case. it will cause less frequent, but louder and larger farts that are more difficult to let out, but it will for sure prevent diarrhea. the can of beans is important for bulk, which helps move the gas in your system, so never skip it. remember that it won't be as intense or frequent as porn makes it look, but it will definitely stink as much as you think it does :). have fun!
