Cordelia did not crash in CYL when she went ages without alts. She crashed in CYL4, like all of Fateswakening's side characters did, because 3H came out and made Komuro writing unpopular.
When CYL4 voting started her last alt was Summer Cordelia about a year and a half prior. She had received 3 units in 4 years. She was not neglected at that point.

She wasn't killed by neglect, she was killed by 3H.

Again, I will reiterate, she was literally getting alts more frequently, in a shorter amount of time, than 3H CYL winners get, and she did not crash until 3H came out.
She was not a victim of neglect, she was a victim of the 3H wave turning people against Komuro's characters.
