Canada seems to be the latest country to join the PURL scheme. Funny how Carney led the Kyiv meeting announcing a C$1billion of domestic canadian arms to be sent to ukraine and get those headlines only to quietly admit that Canada doesn’t have enough sovereign capacity after most of the major meeting events are over. Good for Ukraine though cause it means two large packages of aid
