You're honestly required to dedicate a slot to Fleeting to improve her energy consumption. There's no way about it. I've seen builds that forego any and all efficiency just to make number go up and that's retarded. Looks good on paper but would never work in practice. You might also consider a blue shard for extra energy capacity also, which also makes your energize procs more efficient with more space.

This is the build I use, I ended up inadvertently investing into armor due to an Umbral Forma I used before Archon Vitality came out, but having Umbral Fiber there boosts Umbral Intensify and the extra armor gives you some breathing room to recast 3 to get your overguard and health back which works out. I've taken her to EDA and not gone down once.
