>How do i evolve my trade evos ?
There is no Link Cable in this one. It seems like you have to trade to get them, or catch them already evolved
>where are the clothes stores ?
Most of them are located near café. So far i located the following: there is a district right next to AREA 1, and 2 Mall next to AREA 3 and 4.
>How do i get Kalos Starters ?
Some of them seem to be obtainable through Looker Bureau sidequests. Chespin being one of them
