Masterpiece game.
The combat is actually fun and engaging.
There's actually more exploration than I would've expected, the ways the rooftops work are actually funnier than any trailer showed.
Catching Pokemon is funnier imo: you're not restricted to WHEN you can catch them, be it before you engage in battle or during it or even after it, you can always aim to throw a pokeball. This time around you can't quite snipe pokemon like in Legends Arceus but it was rebalanced so that during combat, live, the chances of capture increase based on your positioning and HP. The creeter might prioritize targetting you or your pokemon so you are still moving around with a purpose. Actually defeating the pokemon leaves it for a few seconds so that you can try to capture it if during battle it was too hard.
Legends Arceus was more of a game to engage in the Nature aspect of pokemon vs this one that is what an actual modern pokemon game should be all along. The way of progress, the gameplay they are very different but they have their own merits. The game won't expect you to see a pokemon move or capture a pokemon X number of times for progression, since those are tasks already researched in the past instead you're rewarded in a more seamless way by doing passive chores like catching types, battling trainers or evolving things as you go and so on without having to go out of your way.

the story unlocks blocks of the city as you move. As long as you remain within those blocks you can explore freely. For example, when you're directed to the tower the first time there's a chunk of Ice right? you can at that point interact with it and make use of it. Same for the tree trunks you have probably found already in previous and just about to meet zones. And the same goes for the sludge piles you meet right after around the first side quests. They are already in that segment of the explorable map and you can already interact with them, you just have to be creative on how to deal with those.

they are not realistic reactions to creepshots tho. The NPC react to the BGM you select when taking pictures, they have 4 sets of expressions: "Happy", "Bothered", "Sleepy" and Neutral. What's more, they react dynamically as you approach or get away from them. That's how I made the video that OP posted. You can imagine the rest. Another point that will boost your meme pictures is that NPC do track the camera, so they might end up giving you a lewd eye from certain angles.

Is there a way to get a little more distance in platforming jumps? I feel like i'm missing some kind of glide mechanic or something. I see some platforming challenges where the goal jump is just a tiny bit too far to reach using a dodge roll.

Yes, there's a glide mechanic, there's some parts in the roofs and platforms that you can't get to without gliding.

the map isn't LARGE like paldea, but it makes up by having tons of alleys and verticality. The roofs make up their own segment of the map and there's a lot to do there, there's hidden segments that you can only drop down from a roof. There's also sewers so it isn't just a flat upper layer. I'd say it is like a smaller Tears of the Kingdom like map if it makes any sense. There's pokemon everywhere, the wild areas aren't the only place to find pokemon. Some even prefer to spawn in certain specific urban areas, like the foodie pokemon in the hidden markets. I terms of hours I haven't progressed much in the plot, still Y rank, but I have explored (without going out of my way) a fair portion of the area, there's a lot to walk around really. And this isn't taking into account buildings, which some have floors or are otherwise somewhat large inside. Damn a well crafted map for once.

it's not needed to transfer Eden save to Ryujinx anymore, you can play it on Eden by going to Settings > Graphics > Extentions and setting Extended Dynamic State to 0, this will fix graphic glitches in game.

Tho i wanted multiplayer to work, but it's crashing in both Eden and Ryujinx

The trick with friendship evolutions seem to be the coffee shops, splurge a bit with the most expensive drinks. You will not get a notification once it can evolve, it doesn't need to level up either. You just become able to let it happen, the menu arrow appears next to the pokemon.

Then the best I've managed to do is check the three buneary spawn on the bridge, fast travel to the pokecenter up the street, fast travel back and check my new spawns, repeat forever. I have had multiple alpha spawns, so far all male and no shiny.
