From those, how many are classics? (you don't waste time in fotm games that aren't worth it, right?)
How proficient are you at games (do you hold any records of any kind? are you able to beat games without cheating?)
How much knowledge do you hold on the topic?
Any unspoken retro rules you have when engaging with older games than yourself?
My rule of thumb is: if I get 30 game overs in any game I play, I will stop playing it forever. I take 30 game overs as a perma death.
It makes playing on my last game before the 30th game over really stakey
Another rule I have is absolutely no real hardware.
