Nope, Ikki didn't get a baton pass on either, on fact there wasn't even a Saber/Revice baton pass, that image in the collage was a baton pass done at the filming of the last episode of Saber.
I cannot come out with any proper explanation besides meme answers like he didn't get any because the show sucks, I really don't know why they didn't make a baton pass for the Revice/Geats baton pass event.
