Very meh, which is not a good thing to say for an endgame episode. The forced drama with Hanto just felt like it was there to fill in the runtime, I'm not very invested in Bocca's big (potentially) final scheme because I have a feeling that it will be foiled in the very next episode like Zombie Suga's mind control was, Jiip's arc feels so aimless and I find myself questioning why he of all characters is making it to the very end, and Nyelv's conclusion was utterly pathetic, dude got outplayed twice in a row without any chance of getting back at Bocca in any way.

The show has really struggled to garner momentum for a while now, and it really shows in this final stretch.

Yeah, I'd say it's Yoko/Malika from Gaim. Mayu doesn't die, but she only transforms for the first time in episode 40, and even so still doesn't transform in more than half of the episodes afterwards. Malika feels like the first time the female Rider was an actual "stable" recurring character that's around during most of the show.

Honestly, it was very unlikely, but I was kind of expecting the show to at least once have Shouma eat (probably through being force fed) a dark treat which would produce some berserker or dark form gochizo that doesn't disappear like Caking.

The Mage design wasn't made for Mayu. They initially planned to have a bunch of magicians appear at the end of the show, but due to budget constraints Utsunomiya transferred that idea to the summer movie in the form of the mass-produced Mages, and later on they went through with the idea of having Mages in the show. One of PLEX's designers even said that her Rider design could've been different if he had known it would end up in Mayu's hands beforehand, and expressed regret over the fact that it could've been more feminine than it ended up being.

I like the colours but what's the point of it?
For fans like us who can tell which parts it's made from, it looks cheap. For Japanese kids it's probably mildly exciting but will be forgettable. The suit itself has no motif other than "spikes" so it's the only suit in Gavv as such so far; everything else up to this point has brought some kind of motif in its form.
As another Anon said, keeping the knees is a huge mistake; they look out of place and actively remind you of where the undersuit is from. They couldn't have moulded a pair of gummies that could be slotted into them? (assuming they want to keep the undersuit for future Geiz appearances)

Really recent guy, his Rider stuff are mostly just shitty specials, with the most noteworthy one being Revice The Mystery but his Sentai stuff shows a lot of promise. He directed the horror episode of Kiramager which was amazing. He also did the mandatory "good kaijin" episode of Boonboomger and the episode where Carantula learns how to paint which had great direction.
Overall decent lineup, it doesn't seem as strong as Gavv's but having Kami as the main director is obviously a big deal. I just hope Hayama, Shibasaki and Yamaguchi are actually recurrent instead of how Kami was credited in the conference but only ended up doing 4 episodes.

Why is it every time gavv gets lil positive feedback or people voicing their opinion about what they love about it, there's always a fun police who'll tell you to watch more rider? But when it comes to negative feedback, you guys act like gavv is the very first series who did that stuff when it's also a common trope in other shows. Honestly looking at it, its really hard for me to pick my 1-2-3. Kami is great for dramatic scenes and shots, Sugihara has the flairs that straddle the line between 2D and 3D, and Shibasaki goes really hard on the pyro and has great choreography as well.

I'm actually surprised that one the last minute kitbash form is going to the lead Rider and two the final battle form isn't just the base form powered up like it has been for every other Reiwa show so far.

Stomach Inc has to be the worst villain group of any Rider series. They all spent most of the show sitting around doing fucking nothing and then when they finally act they're killed off almost immediately in embarrassing and pathetic ways. They don't even come off as threatening with the very, very few actual lasting impacts on the heroes they have being far outweighed by how bumbling they are and looking more like pure luck than actual villainous scheming.

The twist itself is fine but the act itself is the problem since it implies Bocca's minions found their way to Nyelv's workshop and messed with the switch while he wasn't looking like an omniscient god. I'd have no problem with it if it just malfunctioned or Bocca had Lizel and Jeep add a layer of protection on top the control mechanism. It'd have added a layer of irony by using Nyelv's own work against him.

The best villain in all of Gavv, and that is not a compliment given his Looney Tunes ass death.
He's the only one apart from Lango they commited to being a completely unredeemable evil bastard and didn't try to make him sympathetic last minute. And unlike Lango, his actor doesn't suck. He only cared about himself, and even when he helped the heroes it was out of self-interest. He built a bomb to destroy Bocca's plans but only tried to stop it when he was watching, just so he could spite him without caring about what happened to humans or his other family. And he died like the bitch he was.
He was mid and still the greatest villain in all of Gavv. It's all downhill from here.

All villains outside of Lakia are unredeemable, but they give characters like Glotta, the twins and even Suga some sad sob story last minute to make you feel somewhat bad about them. My opinion of her is pretty much the same, only that now I would be fine with her doing more Kamen Rider since Gavv showed that her writing can work when she does something that isn't team-based.
But basically Komura is good at casting, comedy, despair and writing likeable characters but she's bad at world-building, focusing on more than 3 characters which means that the villains getting shafted is a guarantee and kind of bad at toy-shilling.
I'm still going to hold off complaining about the clone stuff since we don't know what caused the plot point but I would be fine with Komura writing something as long as the producer that hires her is good at world-building and the show she's working isn't something that requires focusing on too many characters. Gavv unlike any of her previous shows has actually entertained me from the beginning up to the end even if I thought Q2 started slow, the clone stuff was jarring, they didn't explore Suga enough despite teasing some bits of backstory, Nyelv died anti-climatically, Sachika didn't get enough focus and Lango still feels like a waste. Even with all of that Gavv manages to be a 9/10 show which is the standard I've come to expect of Rider due to Heisei and will miss the show dearly. I guess there's a chance she screws up the ending but if her previous 3 Sentai which were a mess somehow had emotionally satisfying endings for everyone that isn't a villain I feel that Gavv can too.

Wizard which was half written by her is bad. Haruto and Nitou are really likeable riders and Gremlin and Phoenix are good villains. But the rest of the cast are mediocre and the Phantoms are the worst motw in this entire franchise dragging the plot down. Ultimately most of what I liked, which were Gremlin and Phoenix, were written by Kida but still it's his fault that the show turned out so bad. The action at least is amazing since Utsunomiya puts a lot of effort in it.
Zyuohger is a really good show but still doesn't meet the standards of most Rider seasons. It feels like the cast forgets the plot in the middle and the world-building is extremely shit. The Rangers feel like they're the red ranger's pets rather than proper teammates but still get a decent amount of focus. The red ranger and extra ranger are among the best. The action is surprisingly mediocre considering the producer.
Lupin VS Pat is mediocre, has some of the absolute worst motw in Sentai, the only ones that come to mind as to being worse are Crime. Lupin X is also among if not the worst extra ranger. The other 6 Rangers are likeable and entertaining but the Patrangers are shafted hard. Zamigo is the only decent villain but he isn't that good either.
Zenkaiger is really hilarious, the final fight is cool, every character is likeable, the motw are extremely fun and Kaito and Stacy have some of the best acting I've seen in Sentai. Despite all of that the show is still a 7 because the Zox's storyline is too disconnected, the other 4 rangers are severely shafted, even more than her other two Sentai, the fights against the villains are rushed and the world-building is shit.
Gavv's clone arc is really messy, the main girl is good but needed more focus episodes, the second arc started very slow, the villains are meh, the world building is just OK and the final fights against the villains feel rushed. But otherwise I found Gavv to be excellent in every other regard, easily her best show.

He's probably the best Stomach sibling overall, but he's still a very wasted character. His final arc consisted of him being outplayed twice in a row, and I was actually half expecting him to die by backstabbing, but somehow his death still left me cold, it was pretty anti-climactic. All his recent fights Hanto led me to believe he was being built up as his big final opponent, especially since he was also responsible for his mentor's death and kept the other half of his broken Press, but Hanto ended up losing all his conclusive fights against him and the potential for one last closure to his character arc with this possible rivalry got wasted, he got cucked out of a proper endgame highlight.

I think I've elaborated before when asked, granted I'm not the anon who said in this thread this time, the one who said might honestly be the usual shitposter.
But in my case I found Zi-O to be hugely inconsistent in quality even if I found the show to be pretty funny, some of the scenes cut for pacing felt essential for the show's plot and characters. Zero-One's job competion arc and finale sucked, there was also a lot of stuff that got cut due to Covid and had to be left to the Thouser special. I found Saber's first quarter to be unenjoyable aside from the slice of life scenes, I also didn't find the Shindai brothers likeable in any of the show's actual episodes. Revice went to shit after episode 18 and I can hardly find any redeeming qualities after that besides the Holy Live fight, the DeStream fight and the final episode doing a few good emotional beats, it's honestly my most hated season in this franchise since there isn't a single character that I would say I "loved" and the show's worse on a re-watch. Geats's Q3 was a massive drop in quality and didn't further properly the cast's character arcs, then the last quarter does everything in a rushed manner. I only really enjoyed Gotchard during its second quarter, otherwise it was always on a state of up and down, it's the only Rider season I would classify as a 5/10, just extremely average.
Gavv for all of its flaws I've managed to be entertained from beginning to end, I think it's because I actually like everyone from the hero cast and their dynamics plus I think the Granute are really good motw.

Either way what kind of poll of should I make? Should it be a ranking of all Rider, just a poll asking if Gavv is the season people have enjoyed the most since Build or something else?

When it comes to streaming platforms, iirc Amazon Prime has a few seasons. There's also Toei's YouTube channel but they only upload the first 2 episodes publicly

In its third week, Gavv's Summer movie took 9th place in terms of box office, surpassing Fantastic 4. I think this is the best a mainline Kamen Rider movie has done since Real x Time but I might be mistaken.

Sadly there isn't, but now that the next season is coming officially to the west there's a chance they'll upload old shows on youtube like Ultraman did or release seasons in some other streaming platform.
But for now, just use nyaa to watch shows/movies. Personally I recommend you to simply watch whatever show you think has the coolest premise, as most seasons don't connect with each other and even when they do it's usually done in a way where you don't need prior knowledge of a show to enjoy it.

I would also add that this is the case for a lot of plastic collectables and random packs. I collect assorted merch from other franchises and you can routinely find them in second-hand stores or even mercari for up to 1/3 of the original price, just because they buy in bulk to complete a set and resell the leftovers.
