my new super safe rifle was firing on trigger reset while on semi. i compared it to my other lower that doesn't have this issue and found the disconnector wasn't camming forward enough so was barely engaging with the hammer (green line is where the good one was contacing, red line the bad). i dremel'd the front bottom of the disconnector (lower red line) to let it rotate forward more and that seems to have fixed the issue, at least dry firing. hopefully the thinner tip doesn't break. if it does i'll get another and try taking some metal off the trigger where that part contacts
