PMC (Pharmaceutical company btw) goes around doing shit where the plot demands it but the intent was to fix rock cancer, which can't be cured anyways if Endfield is anything to go by. they're ""neutral""" but I'm putting it in such huge air quotes for a reason because it's the biggest pile of horseshit if Lowlight actually read what they wrote down. good ideas both narratively and when it comes to worldbuilding that are marred by chink writing to the absolute worst nth degree, boring presentation and failing to deliver on it's potential. It doesn't help that the Doctor fucking sucks and actively drags down the narrative with their existence for me at times. Some designs are nice and I like that we occasionally get actual evil characters, even if the reasoning for them to affiliate themselves with Rhodes is retarded.
